Thor clears in most likelihood. Ares isn't Galactus level of power, even post Crisis.

At least his appearances in other books aren't that good.

Hell, in the Fortnite mini, Thor seems to have the Power Cosmic and still gets hurt by a random Fortnite player... and it seems he'll need to unite with other Marvel characters and the entire Fortnite server against Galactus...? laughing out loud
