RH=Uatu and OF Thor who he used some bullshit on, (who later wrecked him easily) and his fight with Hulk.

HP-Imperiex? and who else? Did he fight darkseid? Doesent matter as I believe Imp was the highest

DOS would have been better match imo

They'd sit there amping off of each other all day long. Provided that Ross still has no idea of the dangers of using his powers, which if used too often may have permanently locked him in Hulk form.
