Ultimate Spider-Man (Miles Morales)
Ultimate Spider-Man (Peter Parker)
Spider-Man (616 Peter Parker)

vs

X-23
Daken
Ultimate Wolverine
Wolverine (616 Logan)

Fight starts in Times Square.
Win by KO and/or incapacitation.
No sentient life forms around, other than the teams.

If it's one sided, add Scarlet Spider (616 Ben Reilly) to Team Spider-Man, or add Old Man Logan to Team Wolverine.

The wolverine team. People think that superior spiderman beat down that Sp0ck gave wolverine is a gauge of what a spiderman. Can do to a wolver but They ignore that it's been shown on multiple occasions that wolverine when not going in brute force can keep up with spiderman's speed and agility. Daken and x23 are faster and more agile than regular Logan. The Spider team can only lean on Miles and his venom strike but with the odds and the healing factors plus his lack of skill he's pretty much ****ed unless he takes them all out at the same time.
