 Shocked Luke Cage vs. Forge

Can Luke Cage withstand a blast 💥 of iconic elements as designed by Forge?
Luke would have to maneuver like Meggan to ostracism of the 💥 blast. With his size he should be as maneuverable as Captain America’s shield. This is where experience and training pay off.
