It doesn't really matter if it was retconned because its still on paper and the op wants to use it then it being retconned is irrelevant to the thread. It would be relevant if someone tried to use it in a battle though. And no, I dont think you are lowballing , just stating a fact. Speaking of facts

Im honestly surprised you even gave it 200 tons H1. I mean, its no 100 foot wide Neutron Star or AK-47 that hits with a billion tons of force but the numbers and very rare form of math you use is a treasure to us all.
