Jamie is probably the worst one to use though. There is the danger that his dupes get zombified, especially without a HF.
DS, otoh, at least has his gear. Explosives, his staff, he has long range lethal weapons. Wolverine is also good, but hampered (slightly) by his range.
Was gonna say DS cuz of gunz, but going Cap if op is saying only melee weaps allowed.
Cap has the return move with shield so he can just fling and chop heads... It's a rinse and repeat.
Spidey easily. Can cling to walls and smother them with webbing, create web barriers, pull down buildings on top of them..

It's been proven multiple times Jamie's dupes are just gone when they come back. Injuries or illnesses don't matter as he's called back dupes with fatal injuries and ibbelieve one even had cancer. They just cease to exist. Even his son who he had with Siryn was technically a dupe so when he held him he was absorbed back into Jamie.
My point is everyone is limited to simply cutting weapons, even Spidey from what the OP says. So having 100 guys who can beat up a ton of normal people armed with knives and Swords or whatever Jamie has is faster than anyone else.
In TWD normal people can take down hordes of zombies with no trouble. It's 100 Madroxes all out constantly killing and whenever one gets hurt Jamie can just recall him and pop out another one.
In terms of fastest It's him because it's 100 of him. If all 100 Dupes kill 5 zombies, that's 500 zombies dead in a few minutes. Logan could run full speed with his claws out in a straight line and it would still take him a looooong time to get near that close.
As for Cap, tossing his shield might not work. The zombies heads will either get cut off so the shield will keep going, or it'll get stuck or keep going through their heads because they're decomposed. It's gonna throw off his trajectory because it won't just bounce off a zombie head and come back like if he hit a normal person.

If one dies, does he know about it and can he replace it (if it died from the LV, then they should be able to get infected and infect other copies imo)?
Wolverine's healing factor has made him recover from both vampirism and lycanthropy - so there's a really good chance he wouldn't turn.
Spider-Man, as clumsy as he is, would probably get infected by punching one of the zombies (his skin breaks rather easily, remember), get a fever, die and join the zombie horde.
Also, fun fact: technically, everyone in TWD universe is infected, regardless of coming into contact with zombies.
Bites "just" cause a fever that always kills you, at least if you're a normal human.
Madrox has some proficiency in martial arts training over the
years due to his dupes. He's trained in h2h, Shaolin-Monk,
stealth, gymnastics, and many more.
In terms of faster kill, I pick Madrox but not the safest in
terms of survival. That would hands down go to Wolverine.
Think of Madrox like a better and more trained version of Michonne.
