Toaa with wank, is = 1 writer of marvel.
Ultra = all the readers

Toaa is a fictional character inside a comic book. Ultra is a meta engineered hero that exists in the writers world outside of the comic books 4th wall.

So ultra takes the paper(toaa) crush it and fadeaway it in the trash can. Even if toaa is a writer, the human writer cannot beat up a metahuman who has powers.
