He isn't. As mentioned in the article, Cain's one big ace is his unstoppable enchantment. This has often led people to believe that he is stronger than he actually is. Hyperion is a tier above Cain in terms of strength, and when you add the rest of his abilities to the mix, it would amount to a short fight. Too fast, too strong, too powerful.
