1. I’d probably put Slade on top with Gear. His suit gives him the most durability here outside Cap’s shield ofcourse and the his staff allows him to punch above his weight.
I’d probably follow with Batman just because the versatility of his utility belt, and then Captain America because despite being a one trick pony with the shields it’s a pretty effective one trick. I don’t know much on Moon Knight or Taskmaster
2.) I’d say between Slade and Captain America if we’re talking tatics as well. Hydra Cap showed Steve could take over the world if he wanted and the person to stop Steve was Steve himself.
Whereas Slade routinely beats the JL and Titans.
Moon Knight had that stint on Aaron’s avengers but that’s not enough to give him the third spot which I’d give to Batman and Taskmaster would come last.
3.) outside the costume? Batman, it probably mentioned routinely how attractive he is. Who looks the coolest in costume? I’d give it to Slade.
4.) in terms of skill I’d imagine Taskmaster should be on top given his whole gimmick. But barring Taskmaster and Moonknight that I don’t know much on.
I’d say Batman > Captain America >=Slade
