EW is stronger and faster by a large margin if I'm not mistaken. Savage normally is at best peak human. When he devours one of his descendants he becomes enhanced but not to EW's level in strength and not something he can use in a fight unless he prepped. Only thing he has on Giald is maybe a very slight tactical advantage but only against the pre 2012 reboot versions.
I’d back Gilad to win too, but Savage has brawled pretty evenly with Aquaman, and tagged Flash, iirc. Also I think he carries some gem that allows him to teleport.

Can't speak to Aquaman but the Flash one was Wally soon after Crisis when he had to push himself to do mach 7 and consume copious amounts of food. It was also right after Savage had devoured a few of his blood line and was about as amped as he could get.
Hardly a "normal" Savage level and no where near an average Flash
