The Empty Hand vs Mandrakk

I”m sure a thread like this has been made before, but the past two Justice Incarnate comics pretty much indicate that Current True Darkseid is on par with The Empty Hand, or at least very close. Wondering if people think this lowers Empty Hand”s standing relative to Mandrakk or raises Darkseid”s standing relative to Mandrakk.

Disregarding the metafictional aspects of both characters(as originally defined under Morrison), TEH has now been retconned into an embodiment of the right hand of GEB. Likewise, Mandrakk [II] has also been retconned into an embodiment of GEB -- he is how GEB itself manifested during the crescendo of FC. Moreover, Incarnate still reiterated that Mandrakk was the "absolute enemy" and whatnot.

That being said, I would personally be inclined to place Mandrakk over TEH... There is much more that can be discussed, of course, but I'm just pulling from the last 2 issues of Incarnate.
