Which street-level character could replicate this feat of Captain America?
The feat iself: https://imgur.com/a/vEesj#0
Small context - in "Captain America" Vol. 1 (1968) #411 (1993) Cap is disguised as Crossbones and he runs the gauntlet by fighting against 5 opponents in a row. 1 round = 1 opponent. No rest and no gadgets/weapons/etc, only pure hand-to-hand combat.
1) Mad Dog (Robert "Buzz" Baxter, enemy of Hellcat/Patsy Walker).
2) Ramrod (cyborg, enemy of Daredevil, Black Widow and Spider-Man).
3) General Wo (460 pounds sumo wrestler, Vietnamese military general who can lift up a big statue, which weights around 1 ton).
4) Razor-Fist (Douglas Scott, enemy of Shang Chi).
5) Batroc The Leaper.
And bonus round (№6) - withstood an assault from the mob of villains (full list of villain during that event is here: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Capt...erica_Vol_1_411 ).
So, who could replicate this feat? There's 2 sections:
1. Street-levellers from Marvel Comics (except Captain America/Steven Rogers, of course).
2) Street-levellers from DC Comics.

Lol. And how Cap (actually it was Cap in disguise) snapped his ankle.

Captain America’s stamina is all by itself super human. I’d place him in the low meta range.

It's Steve "cosplaying" as Brock
It's probably his best gauntlet-type feat to date, tbh.

Batman is an A-lister and he's often being compared to Cap in many ways.
So yes, he likely could replicate the feat.
Could other "peak humans" do it? No. Like T'Challa said, some are "more peak" ( ) than others.
Besides, some legit metas would get massacred there.

Thomas Wayne Batman could do it, I reckon, based on his one off feat Vs the Batfamily.

He's a Miraclo junkie, isn't he?
Has DC clarified his current status regarding that?

Depends. I am sure Winter Soldier could replicate that feat. Black Widow? Probably. Daredevil? I think yes.

It's the "bonus round" that poses the greatest challenge.
Daredevil is an A-lister himself.
Bucky and BW have enhancements and gear.

Sixth rounds showns that Cap is using his shield, so I think sixth round is allowed to use gear/weapon.
Bucly has his bionic arm, but it can be downgraded to the normal arm mode. Such as it was when he was incarcerated in GULAG. And Bucky still defeated Ursa Major, who is stronger and more durable than Bucky (Bucky was exhhausted and weakened, also).

When was Batman augmented? I view Batman like I view the Punisher. He’s just smarter, and able to fight better, but still at the elite Olympic level. As I mentioned, Tony Stark should in real life would have to have Herald level durability to survive simple combat with characters as weak, or in this case as strong as Spider-Man, never mind characters like Namor. One punch from Namor regardless of how strong the suit is, or force field would turn the man inside into juice. Think of what happens to football players when their heads collide.
Before the newer upgrades that Tony has undergone over the past 20 years, he had fought Namor, and that fight had him being punched through buildings and able to rise and continue fighting. With this knowledge, you don’t see anyone claiming that Tony’s physical body was as strong as his armor though. He’s a fictional character that possesses sun Olympic stats while not inside of his super suit.
Fictional characters are written to be superhuman in comparison to real life people on occasion, because if not, Daredevil would have been street pizza after his very first appearance. Batman is Comic Book street tier.

"Peak humans" in comics is actually superhumans. Batman is a perfect example of this.

Blah blah blah, is what I got.
Come back when elite Olympians can shrug off herald busting attacks.
