Bullseye once actually killed Red Skull. Well, to be exact, only his LMD or something, and even Crossbones wasn't capable to stop Bulleye (though at first he got the upperhand).

yeah but bullseye had a gun when he killed the lmd. doubt he has a gun here--or maybe he does? not sure what his standard gear would be for this. if it's in a ring and he has no gear, i'd take skull. if it's in an environment where he has access to things to throw, it certainly shifts to bullseye. unless we give skull a weapon as well. but even then i'd lean toward bullseye.
