Yeah, I tracked down the issues you posted the scans from. They appear to be peers strength/durability/fighting ability wise. This fight can go either way.

I think his healing factor might have been off at the time or fighting off radiation ☢️ poisoning. But there was a panel where he says he could die from a cold.
