Which interpretation of comic character is strongest vs the weakest. Lets start with Hulk.

Okay, sometimes when different creative crews come in some versions are stronger than another. For example classic juggernaut is stronger than a depowered one. I'm trying to track which is stronger and which is weaker.

Basically when one character is stronger vs one who is weaker. Like byrne superman vs I dunno superman 1 million and so on. Sorry for the double post.

Your question isn't making a lot of sense to me, it's obvious Superman 1 million is far above Byrne Era Superman, perhaps I'm missing something here.

Exactly, list the strongest version of each character vs the weakest. So for hulk the strongest version and then the weakest ones.

Strongest: Worthy Black Silver Surfer with Mjolnir and the Annihilation Wave
Weakest: Silver Surfer who got knocked out by a guy with a crowbar

Strongest: One Below All empowered Hulk
Weakest: Hulk who got choked out by a snake

Strongest: Thor, Herald of None
Weakest: Thor who lost to Captain Marvel

Strongest: Thanos with the HOTU (Astral Regulator isn't canon)
Weakest: Thanos who got handcuffed and taken away by the NYPD
