The Phoenix Five were really underwhelming. Superman should have no issue taking out Phoenix Cyclops.

As for the Green Phoenixes, I'm not sure how powerful Rachel was, but Jean would be able to put up a fight. Whether she'd win is up in the air though.

Dark Phoenix would just no-sell Superman's punches and then snap his neck like she almost did with Gladiator. But it's not really a fair fight since Superman isn't a cosmic being.
