Rhino should win, Bane is more strategist and prep mixed with inhuman power speed and agility.
But take away his prep and Rhino is probably too much. Spider-Man struggles with Rhino heads up.
That said, one could definitely argue CIS with Rhino if it was in setting and scenario but just in a heads up I don’t see what he’s gonna do.

Spidey near beat him to death, Bane's ripped the legs off power armor soldiers and beaten them to death and hurt Supergirl.
It will take a genuinely tough and badass character to beat him, like Wilson Fisk.

According to the way that a juiced up Bane fights, he's going to catch the tusk. Rhino is a couple of strength tiers above Bane., so he's going to be the one that's doing the pushing around, not the other way around. Then as dumb as Rhino can be, I'm pretty sure he'd notice the tubes on Banes back. Tombstone would actually be a better fight for Bane imo.
So what does a Canadian lawyer do anyways? Do they arrange compensation payouts for companies that feel really guilty the other party was harmed somehow, and the lawyers are to convince them to accept the money even if they insist everyone is perfectly fine?
