To be more specific, they say she was the woman who came before Eve, Adam's first partner. For whatever reason, she was inheritantly evil even without Satan's influence, so God got rid of her and replaced her with Eve, who was not evil, but "introduced" evil or sum BS like that.
She most likely is not part of the Bible, and a made up fictional character to spice the boring story up.
