I say Chun Li, since all the fighters in the SF series have basically obtained super powers due to their training.

You're wrong The Fake Macoy. You are really wrong. You don't know anything do you? About Street Fighter and it's characters. Just go, leave, man, there is the exit. -Points to the exit sign and signals for him to dip.-

I know there are some people in street fighter who are as strong or stronger than Bane.

Zangief Facts

1 withstood a F5 Tornado

2 Wrestles Grizzly Bears

Grizzly Bear facts

1 Can stop a mountain elk charge and snap it's neck like a twig.

2 Can break a horse or deer's neck with one swipe of it's Paw.

3 Can break a bull's back with only three swipes from it's Paw.

4 one mighty swipe from it's paw can crush a cows head.

Balrog

1 Can kill a elephant with one punch.

Cody:

1 can break through a 1 foot thick Concrete wall

edit: didn't Cammy knock some random solider through a metal train in the comic?

from the plot guide

Akuma himself is a human being and NOT possessed by a demon. That was
something Capcom of USA made up (they changed LOTS of things for Akuma).
Akuma, however, has attained 'Beyond human' status because of his sheer
training and drive for power (to the point where he gives into things like
Satsu no Hadou). In the SF universe, one can achieve great abilities
beyond human (such as staying in deep sea or causing an island to collapse
with a punch) through sheer training and focus. I believe this is why some
people refer to him as a demon. He may or may not have become a demon,
himself, but I'm inclined to believe that he hasn't, personally, and the
whole referal to him as a demon is mostly symbollic/metaphoric.

again.. you're comparing these feats with comic book humans and it's tough to really be impressive even with these feats...

daredevil through sabretooth through multiple brick walls. batman has kicked down a steel door, uprooted an steel support beam, shoulder pressed a 1000 pound ceiling and literally beat down a god of apokilips with his bare hands... bane's still proven to be his equal even without the venom syrum....

but my instincts still tell me chun takes this..

"actually" you're not telling me anything I don't already know... but the fact remains... humans in comic books are fully capable of doing things well beyond human levels.. and the feat of taking on a bear loses it's flash as an impressive feat...

I mean batman's taken on several sharks in the water and won... and that's not even an impressive batman feat.

well the National Geographic Channel did a test on bite force and this is want they got.

domestic dog ( bite force 317 pounds)

Lion ( bite force 691 pounds)

hiyena ( bite force 1,000 pounds)

snapping turtle ( bite force 1,004 pounds)

Great white shark ( bite force 950lbs)

crocodile ( bite force 2,500 pounds)

here are some other animal facts

a charge from a grizzly bear generates 30,000 pounds of force per square inch.

now a charge from a elephant is capable of genrating around 250,000 pounds of force per square inchh

An average MA has almost as much force as a croc.
