Jill Valentine: Former member of the Raccoon Police Department, Special Tactics and Rescue Squad - Alpha Team. Trained in the Delta Force, mistress of unlocking. Surivor of Spencer Mansion and Raccoon City.
Regina: Member of the Secret Operation Raid Team. Expert in intelligence and weapons, her specialty being weapons maintenance. Survived both Ibis Island and Edward City.
In order not to give either woman the advantage, the battle will take place in Gears of War's Gridlock stage. Each woman is armed with the following:
Jill: M16 assault rifle with M203 grenade launcher attachment (primary weapon) Beretta S.T.A.R.S. Special Samurai Edge (sidearm), Combat Knife (melee weapon)
Regina: M16 assault rifle with M203 grenade launcher attachment (primary weapon), Glock Special Handgun (sidearm), Stungun (melee weapon)
