Carlos is/was a Special Forces member though, no doubt he's gonna have a bit of knowledge with a knife.

he doesnt have feats like cutscene leon does. the problem was re1-cv didnt have main chars who capcom tried to make really badass in that regard.

Leon is a much better knifeman than Carlos. I've played RE3 and I don't remember seeing Carlos with good knife skills, did he even have a knife?
