Well Wesker is WAY faster, maybe more stronger, can jump over buildings, is a master of martial arts, and is extremely smart. I say Wesker 6/10

sorry meant to say small buildings: In Code Veronica after he leaves Claire, he jumps over the wall. In Resident evil Umbrella Chronicles, he jumps up a large tunnel in a boss fight.
