While she could give Dante a fight, she loses unless this is DMC3 Dante.

Dante is just too fast, has superior strength, and with instant regeneration, he's not going down easy. Also to note, is that Sparda Dante took two energy spears, a smack from Mundus, and a couple of meteors but that only reverted him back to his human form and he could still fight.
