Cole can only use his electric shooting and hand to hand moves. No electric grenades, no polarity shield, and no thunder strikes.
Johnny has all his moves.
Fight is on the roof of the Daily Bugle. Nitro never appeared in the comics so you know.
So that they can recharge their powers, there are generators scattered all over the place.
Which of these two electrical powered men will win?
