Shao Kahn runs the Gauntlet. (Tekken, Soul Calibur, Mortal Kombat.)

The battle takes place aboard the Pyramid of Argus in Edenia, and Shao Kahn is now a Half God after Defeating Blaze.

Yay, more wankage for the most overrated character in Mortal Kombat.

Doesn't one supposedly become a full god after defeating Blaze anyway though? Not that it matters I guess, since the only known half gods in the series (Taven and Daegon) are still on a level above Kahn. Taven could freeze time temporarily too if I recall right. Even in Kahn's non-canon MKA ending, he didn't receive any such abilities after beating Blaze.

So his strength increased tenfold... Big whoop. Does that include his speed, reaction time, etc. as well? I don't think so, in which case, he's still not getting far on that list... at all.

Nobody was able to stop his merging after he won Armageddon, not even Raiden.
