vs.
Cole MacGrath (fully upgraded power Dark Side, Gigablades etc.)
Kessler
Alden
Sarah
( 20 Standard Reapers)
(Battle takes place in Post-Explosion Empire City)
the uncharted baddies team up with the heroes to fight off Cole Macgrath and his team and to find a ultimate treasure, inside Empire City, but Cole will stand up to the battle, and to push the uncharted people out....... the bad guys of InFamous team up with Cole to push the uncharted people out of there city.
all the uncharted heroes and baddies have extra health, and the baddies and heroes can revive each other..... they got 1 minute to do so... .. however they cannot revive the mercenaries.

Uncharted are screwed. Take away the Reapers, Alder and Sasha and it is less of a stomp. Take away either Cole OR Kessler as well and it is a lot more fair.
You know of course that Kessler is an effortless bullet-timer and teleporter. What few bullets that hit him does not even tickle.
i thought about it and it is completely overkill..... alden prolly would be able to defeat all them by himself.... so im changing the infamous people up.......

Cole has shielding against them not like he needs to shield since he can bullet time by predicting projected. or simple let out a shock that can kill them in one blow. destroy their guns even.
Cole may be able to snipe two of them before one gets a shot off. Not to mention that with his Dark Power bolts anyone he hits explodes. But that doesn't apply to the snipe.

Why do you feel the need to put the most powerful against this bunch? Kessler defeat these by himself hands down. Cole defeats them with only slight effort. Alden is the lesser of three powerful characters and would be the one the Uncharted Guys could stand a chance against.
Make it Alden, Sasha and the Reapers and we might have a show. Although Sasha is at her prime only when she get time to prepare. Cole and Kessler would both be able to handle these guys by oneself.
Cole with some effort, Kessler without any.
Sniper them down is overkill. Cole does not need to do that.
Cole barely has bullet time. He can react to a shot but he can not dodge bullets. That is Kessler's job.
