Akuma takes it based on feats but is NMK Ryo on the same level as Takuma SMK?

Takuma had decades of experience over Ryo. Still does actually. and SMK version rips any form of Ryo to peices, same with S.Gouki

NMK Ryo should be more powered up by SNK IMO
Does Ryo have a move similar to Kenshiro's 100 Crack Fist?
