Emerl (Sonic Battle) v.s. Bayonetta
Emerl is a "Gizoid", a robot that can replicate any powers or weapons it comes into contact with, which was raised by Sonic and all his pals, mastered all of their moves and collected all seven chaos emeralds. In this battle, he's at his peak form, having just been overloaded by Robotnik's Final Egg Blaster.
His opponent is Bayonetta, and the fight takes place inside the Death egg. Bayonetta has full access to all of her powers, because if she has enough time to do her stupid stripper dance and summon something that can punch out your soul, she deserves to win.
No BFR's, fight is bloodlusted.

^ Sonic did fight him to a standstill at the end though, which took less than 30 seconds.

^That was to damage him enough to wake up and stop flipping out. Not long before he got powered up he beat Sonic and Shadow together.
He should win this. Strength may be the only issue.(can't remember Knuckles strength)
Though if his skill copying move works on her she's royally screwed.
