Sora (Kingdom Hearts) vs. That Man Guarding the Entrance to Cerulean Cave (Pokemon)

Sora must fight the man guarding the entrance to Cerulean Cave.

That Man Guarding the Entrance to Cerulean Cave is the only man who can keep Mewtwo trapped inside the cave, Mewtwo being helpless against him. Powerscaling means that he has country+ level destructive capacity and durability, is immune to high level telepathy, is class 100, and hypersonic as well.

Who wins?
