If Jake can stand his ground against Ustanak in hand to hand, I'm pretty sure his dad with the super speed and inhuman strength is more than capable of kicking that brute's ass. Ustanak can't catch him since he's too fast, Wesker matches if not surpasses him in strength (the dude carries missiles like paper planes), has the same fighting technique as his son that clearly annoyed Ustanak by the final battle. There is no argument. Only thing you can argue is how long Ustanak will postpone the inevitable.
