Leon from RE6 vs Sam from Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
.Round 1: They are hunting each other. Leon has a Thermal Google, his Combat Knife from RE4, two Wingshooters with 60 rounds, AKMSU from Damnation with 120 rounds, 3 flashbangs and 3 frag grenades. Sam has his Trifocal Googles, Karambit, FN Five-Seven with 60 rounds, SC4000 Assault Rifle with 120 rounds, 3 smoke grenades and 3 incendiary grenades. They starts 120m from each other.
.Round 2: Straight shootout with the same weapons, gears and distance as Round 1.
.Round 3: Sniping duel. Both combatants get their sidearms from previous rounds, Leon has his Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle from RE6 with 40 rounds and Sam has a SR-25 with 40 rounds as well. They starts against each other from 300m.
.Round 4: H2H barehands only.
.Round 5: Knife fight. Leon has his combat knife from RE4 and Sam has his Karambit from Blacklist.
Win by death or incapacitation.
The fight takes place in Downtown from BFH.

Round 1 2 and 3 Sam with ease, Leon has already shown that he's weak against stealth tactics in Resident Evil 4 when freaking Chief Mendez of all people sneaked up on him
Leon could win Round 4 and 5 after a good fight though
