Outrider: Two twin laser turrets, seeker missile launcher
I think the Falcon has the advantage in terms of weapons, unless there are some I missed.

Well, I'm assuming that the Outrider, being a newer model of the same freighter, might have some advantages or technical advances.
But if the Falcon is piloted by Han, the Outrider is going down.
