Well, if Ulic closes the distance, I think he'd pwn Sidious's reborn butt. Afterall, he beat Mandalore - who started the fight with a freakin' Basilisk War Droid - while having to clamber around on top of chains.

You know, I don't ever seem to recall Ulic losing a lightsaber battle. He's got war experience and some badass lightsabery.
I agree with what Faunus said, he'd get pwned from afar, if he's within striking distance, he'd take Sidious out.
