Team 2 wins by default, Grievous's body is blaster proof unless someone can get close enough to him to pull his armor back like Kenobi did which is doubtful.
Kyle could hold off Boba, as he already stalemated him once. The ARC plus the Rebel trooper together could likely hold off Jango. Dash could take Zam and the Stormtrooper, that leaves Chewy and Han to a Dark Trooper and a Droideka. Now, I don't know alot about Dark Troopers but the Droideka alone could take Han and Chewie so the bad guys win.
I'm sorry, but there's some seriously weird misconceptions about Han and Chewie..sure there not "uber" Sith Lords or over illustrious bounty hunters with over productive testosterone levels, but compared to what they both survived (Chewie got taken out by a moon nonetheless) they are serious contenders, especially with there luck.
Well Dash defeated Boba in Shadows of the Empire (at least in the game. When Boba tried to kill him with his ship he disabled that as well). Anyway, he is more than capable of handeling him.
Kyle has beaten/stalemated Boba as well, so him facing Jango would be kinda the same thing.
Han could take Zam. Chewie could take the stormtrooper, the arc could take the Dark Trooper (or not, maybe), and no one can take the droideka since normal blasters won't bite, not even at the same time, so....
There, that's my opinion...

I'm think that Han an Chewie will think of a nice little distraction, allowing Chewie to run up on the Droideka and short his circuits in or similar, that allowed in the rules? Because if it is, Han and Chewie will do this to every opponent.
The OP didn't specify whether the Droideka have shields or not, as we can see from some of the others films in the PT, they don't always become equipped with them.
