First of all, 'Mustafar state' is achievable because of the circumstances at the time, namely the fact that he was specifically fighting Obi-Wan. This isn't gonna happen here. Unless, of course, you just mean Anakin after he succumbed to the dark side, which will work.

Luke takes the force (easily), the all-out (with moderate difficulty), but Anakin has a shot in the pure saber combat.
