Robot arm vs. Old man arm. I noticed you didn't specify whether or not they could use the force. Still, regardless of how much more powerful Sidious is in the force, you'd have to think force+normal arm is weaker than force+mechanical arm.

Force lightning FTW. Sidious cheats by electrocuting Anakin's mechanic arm, causing it to malfunction and surrender to the awesome might of Ian McDiarmid's physical strength.
sidious, being the sith he is, would probably do something that would defeat anakin: lightning, mind trick, whatever...
basically, sidious wins, regardless of anakins physical skill or force skill. so you're right...
damnit, i try to defend the less taken option, just to be different, and end up giving the same outcome as everyone else whos got some common knowledge lol...point, i guess, to stop opposing when i know the obvious answer
