They make it to stage six. Dooku is eliminated first. However, Yoda takes both of them out after a lengthy battle, by force slamming their heads together until they explode like two blood filled water balloons.

Make it all the way to 6 and then lose. Dooku is capable of at least standing up to either of them, and Yoda can beat either of them 1 vs 1.

I said 3 because grievous could probably beat vader, seeings as vader when you see him in the movies is rather stiff and restricted, while Grievous whirring his lightsabers everywhere would catch him off guard. Meanwhile, windu, able to beat sidious, would have a lengthy battle with Luke, which mace would probably win, and anyway if its still going after ages grievous would come to help and Luke would die.

The problem is that it's debatable if Vader can even beat Dooku in the first place, while no one doubts that Yoda can beat Mace.
