Which side takes it? Vader is not on the Executor, Piett is in charge of it.

If it's someone like Gar Stazi, the Mandators would win overwhelmingly.

Actually, even someone who's just moderately competent should win, I think the Mandators have a pretty solid firepower advantage at these numbers. They just need to avoid getting in each others way or isolated.
