Krayt could win quite solidly depending on how you view his Apocalypse showings and how they affect his portrayal in Legacy. If we go just by Legacy, Vader wins in a very close fight, IMO.

How is Reborn Krayt not his peak? The Yuuzhan Vong implants no longer hinder him at all, + he is more experienced and steeped in the darkside by Legacy: War. He stomps Cade with utter ease and only dies due to PIS.
I don't see how he could have been better during Apocalypse.
I didn't either, but the Krayt that gets killed by Cade is just flat out weaker then the one that stands at Luke's side fighting Aboleth. It doesn't have to make sense, sadly. Facts are facts.
No, he got his ass kicked. Krayt killed him and brought him back to life, expecting that the experience would turn him to the darkside and Cade sucker-stabbed him.
I say Krayt, but most people don't seem to be as impressed with his duel against Kenobi as I am, and then his one panel blitz of a group of Imp Knights.
Even if he didn't improve at all from the Kenobi fight, he would give Vader a good duel imo.

Listen to them.
Krayt : "May my backside story is more fanon, but I'm still the more bad ass.
You're bad assness is nothing compare to the true Dark Lord of the sith. Not mere darksider with just the titlethat remain sith."
Yhea sinious you are right.
This is a straigh and tough fight of badassness.

Krayt's basically got Dooku+ level TK, noticeably superior FL, mastery of DT/Shatterpoint that trumps Cade's, high-class Telepathic abilities, and a variety of other Sith Powers at his disposal. I'd contend he's certainly a rival of Vader's as far as the Force goes, IIRC Luke found Krayt's power to be reminiscent of Vader's as well.
Yeah, actually giving Kenobi a decent fight way before his prime doesn't look too good for Vader.
He has more abilities at his disposal but perhaps lacks the raw power that Vader has.
Having Dooku+ level TK means Vader can't take him out with his TK as telekinetic abilities won't get the job done if the defending opposition has comparable power. In other areas of force abilities, Krayt seems to have an advantage.
If Vader isn't actually a better duelist, I'm leaning Krayt at this point.
