Hard to tell, both teams are perfectly balanced. If i had to choose, I would say team 1. Form 1 might work well in that fight, and Kao has already shown himself as great teampartner during a battle.

Zallow fought a more skilled/powerful version of Malgus, and he fought evenly with him. Other than superior TK Zallow is better than Kao, PLO likewise is more powerful than Fisto (collapsing caves, tking Ventress etc)

Yea, team 2.
Zallow is considered Malgus's most famous kill, and not Kao, after all, and Plo's stronger than Kit.
Neither fight is easy, so luck could factor in, but most of the time they'll win.
