If Abeloth is in one host body at full power she should logically stomp, given that she is a dozen times more powerful than FOTJ Luke whom by extension is more powerful than all three of these dark powers. Unfortunately, FOTJ is anything but logical.

I'd argue the dozen-times more powerful quote is hyperbole, to be honest. Abeloth just hasn't shown anything to suggest he's a dozen times more powerful than Luke.
And in that case, the team here has a very real chance of at least inflicting moderate to serious injury on Abeloth.
