She's a living space station created by the Rakata and she was able to, through some means i don't remember, reanimate the dead, shoot lightning and then sort of posses Seer, the Lumiya Clone. lol idk wtf she is truth be told

He's talking about something from one of the Jaden Korr novels; it doesn't seem to be the same thing as what we saw in SWTOR.

Maybe 2. Celeste + Muur was more powerful than pre-Reborn Krayt who is Vader level. She also has Dark Transfer. I really don't know anything about Zayne so that's why it's a "maybe".

If not there, then at 4. Two gals who are almost RotS Sidious level and have a belt full of esoterics? They clearly gona win.
