Probably as much as Luke if not a little more. Canon says they're comparable swordsmen. Gotta listen to canon.

Yeah, let's keep in mind Luke was going through a literal army and fighting a fugging 15 Slayers alongside Jaina and Jacen. One Slayer is as competent as some of the 2nd league swordsmen of the NJO. One on one, with fresh Luke, it would be a different story. Vader should win with an immense difficulty, but he would never stand a chance after going through the same conditions as Luke did.
