He should destroy up to 8. Sand People live in groups of 20 to 30, add in the massiff animals they also have in, Anakin should have no issues up to that many given well...he slaughtered them all.
8 and beyond might pose troublesome just due to sheer numbers and the Sand People are pretty vicious, deadly fighters and have some pretty amazing accuracy with their rifles.
Given that though Anakin doesn't heal through the rounds, he probably can stop somewhere between 8-Boss rounds, most likely near towards the end.
