It all depends if you think Maul is more powerful in Rebels. TCW Maul probably takes Surik anyway so I'm gonna go with maul

Maul isn't overwhelming her in Force when it took a dark side nexus and a much more powerful Sith Lord in Darth Nyriss to accomplish the same. He's also not easily beating her in sabers when the likes of Obi-Wan Kenobi have taken him down a notch more than once.
To drag the duel out, Meetra can:
1.Use her Force-based battle precognitive abilities to see the coming attacks.
2.Use her abilities to analyse an opponent's form and replicate it.
3.Use her advanced Echani battle precognition to fight a few steps ahead.
4.Use Moving Meditation to greatly enhance her reflexes.
5.Use an enlightened state of mind to peak her physical augmentation.
From then on she can wait for him to make a mistake and use a number of abilities to cause a crippling blow to his extremities. Off of a nexus, Meetra will be performing much more impressively than she did on Malachor V or Dromund Kaas, which puts her on a significantly better level.
Even so, she'd never beat Maul through raw power, skill or physicals, but she has enough of them going for her that as long as she plays it smart, she just needs that game changing mistake from a mistake prone warrior like Maul.
