Wolf, FYI, i'm working on updating RT's, making RT'S and I have five day(soon to be six day) work schedule. So my responses may not come as quick.

Characters will have their standard gear and will appear as they did in their peak performance. For Shaak Ti this will be as of: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. For Desann this will be as of: Star Wars: Jedi Outcast.
Since both of our characters flourished in an environment that amplified their respective set of abilities and to avoid any derailment of the thread, this battle will take place on the neutral nexus of Dathomir. For reference purposes we will be using the same Battlefield where Grievous and Ventress fought.
If you have any problem with the location, it can be changed to one we both agree upon.
