Who does Jinn beat of the councilors? Excluding Yoda, Windu, Anakin and Obi wan of course.

Adi Gallia, Mundi, Fisto, Bilabba, Koon, Ti, Tiin, Kolar etc

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Jedi train for something like 10k hours average in lightsaber sparring. Inevitably, someone will tag Yoda on an off-day when his rheumatism medicine was misplaced.

Legends Kit Fisto was, per The Cestus Deception, superior to AOTC Obi-Wan, but lost easily to Asajj Ventress, who was able to defeat Obi-Wan and kill two Jedi Masters easily in Cloak of Deception, but lost handily to Dooku, and therefore peas are better than carrots.
