Canon both at their peak and best who wins in the following :-

1.H2H
2. Force powers
3. Light sabres
4. All out fight anything goes

Ahsoka could possibly take sabers. By Rebels she was skilled enough to give Vader a decent fight, and Rebels Vader>ROTS Anakin>Dooku.

She hasn't done enough to say she could take force or all out though. Her best feat was temporarily stalling Sidious's attack while her and Ezra were in TWBW.
