Yoda for sure. Maybe by Rebels/ANH, Vader would have a solid chance. But JFO Vader is still pretty early in his career, and doesn't have the feats to contend with Yoda.

Are there any feats that put Rebels/ANH Vader on par with Yoda? Tbh I don't think Ahsoka Tano would be capable of holding her own against Yoda as long as she did vs Vader. Also it's doubtful Yoda would get his lightsaber taken off his hand by Sidious

Obviously Vader never fought anyone on Yoda's tier after ROTS, so it just comes down to scaling. Peak Vader > KF Vader > teh Zone Anakin > Dooku.
Definitely wouldn't be an easy fight, but peak Vader should generally outclass Yoda in sabers and Force.

Peak Vader is above Rota peak Anakin/Vader only on sole shitty statements on $hitsney shitty canon. He's featless when it omes to compare himnto his pre-Mustafar self. He git beaten by Kenobi, who was somehow confirmed to be about equal to his ROTS self. He was unable to clearly overpower ANH Kenobi. Ahsoka was a solid challange for him. Swoje minor Jedi were as well, shortly after ROTS. But as canon is bigger and bigger, Vader is closer to his Legends version on terms of shitty showings. Just look at his duel with... Cere Junda?
Wtf is that? Another poor 'conflicted' Vader? Or another Jedi that should be stomped by him takes a galactic-level boost? Everyone is either boosted or Vader is cobflicted, ye?
It becomes more silly with every source is added.
PostRots Vader was never on par with Yoda. And when met someone who was more od less equal to Yoda, like Sidious, Vader was terribly stomped. Change ROTS Yoda with TESB Yoda to make it more equal, or ROTJ Yoda if you want the upper band for Vader
So, ROTS Yoda takes this with medicore difficulty at best (for Vader).
