The entire A-Wave restores itself to full force and resources and travels to the Warhammer 40k verse in hopes of conquest. Deciding it better to focus on one race at a time it begins to target the worlds of Mankind dropping billions of its foot soldiers to swarm the nearest humans planets as they begin their attack. Of course Mankind attacks back and an all out war begins.

An all out War scenario between Warhammer 40k's imperium of Man and Marvel's Annihilation wave. Imperium has a fully healed Emperor and the Annihilation wave is at it's peak with the Galactus gun and Thanos as it's strategist. Neither Army knows anything info on the other in advance and will only discover things as it goes on.
They'd probably need the Emperor himself to take out Annihilus. Nemebro said that my previous post about him is bullshit, so lets see if my estimation of him this time holds up to scutiny.
i don't actually know if he's fought surfer or not, I've never seen the scans but I don't follow either of them. My first time seeing Annihilus was in A-wave
The OBD wiki page on him is an entire page full of bullshit.
If you read that, you'd get the impression he can take multi-star system destroying attacks, and punch planets to pieces.
The reality of the matter is that he was nearly strangled by an Ork Warboss.
However, what is true is that he is an enormously powerful telepath and soul rapist.
A psyker cyborg dude managed to telepathically control the populace of 1,300 systems, but the totality of his psychic power could only create a small disturbance in the light of the Astronomicon, which the Emperor's corpse generates psychic power for.
And he pushed the four Chaos Gods from Horus, or rather they fled so that they wouldn't face the soul-destroying pwnage the Emperor directed at Horus. Slaanesh, but one Chaos God, devoured the majority of the Eldar population's souls, which numbered in the tredecillions (Look up that number, it's huge). Slaanesh's and the others holds on Horus's soul weren't strong enough.
Something like a million or so (in other words, a lot more than the Marvel space powers). Though how many are in contact and such vary, they're spread out, etc..
The Eldar empire stretched across the entirety of the galaxy, has been around for millions of years and they were in the absolute prime of their life, with the capability of terraforming and colonizing dead planets.
It is entirely possible for their population to have been in that number. The galaxy is a big place dood.
Eh, they didn't really have enough worlds for that. They were mostly in the Eye, didn't terraform that many worlds (a fair number, but you don't trip on them), reproduced slowly, had rivals (always having to deal with Orks), and such.
Though they may have well had more than the IoM.
No, but he did fight Quasar and Nova Prime (when Nova was still inexperienced at that power level) at the same time.
Ravenous and his Seekers did fight several heralds, killing Airwalker, capturing Terrax, and such.
After the Emperor it has to be the Primarchs, his genetic offspring. I think they're direct clones, and hold a significant amount of power, though I'm unsure of specifics.

One crashed through the crust of a planet as a baby and crawled out of the hole, references are made to them physically smashing mountains and some are planetary+ level psykers.
I don't know much about what the IoM is against though, so I have no opinion either way.
